3 Tips For Filling In Your Eyebrows
Posted on February 17 2020
Many women don't have the naturally full and perfectly-shaped eyebrows that you see on magazine covers, but that doesn't mean that you can't still get your eyebrows to look amazing. By using an eyebrow pencil to fill in and shape your eyebrows, you can transform them into eyebrows that you love and feel confident with. However, there is an art to filling in your eyebrows that must be followed in order for them to look natural and full, rather than fake. Here are three great tips for filling in your eyebrows.
Carefully Brush Your Eyebrow Hairs First
Before you start using your eyebrow pencil, you want to first comb your eyebrows. It is important that all of your eyebrow hairs are going in their natural direction because this is what is going to give you the best eyebrow shape and the best base to build your eyebrows from using your pencil.
Outline The Bottom Curve, Top, and Edges Of Your Brow
Once all of the hairs have been brushed and are going in their appropriate directions, you can then use your eyebrow pencil to essentially outline your eyebrows. You will start by outlining the bottom curve of your eyebrow, which will create a very defined line between your brow and your eyeshadow. You will then proceed to outline the top and inner edge of your eyebrows. If you need to add a tail onto the end of your brow, now is the time to do this as well.
Fill-In Any Bald Spots
Lastly, you want to look and see if there are any bald spots in your eyebrows. Carefully fill-in these spots using a stroking motion with your eyebrow pencil. This helps the liner to look more like eyebrow hairs, which helps to create a very natural look. This gives your eyebrows that full look that is both bold and beautiful.
